Sir Cosmo Duff Gordon (1862-1931) Sir Cosmo Duff Gordon, Baron and, with his wife Lady Lucy Duff Gordon (1863-1935), survivors of the "Titanic" disaster. Lady Duff Gordon was a successful couturier. They embarked on the "Titanic" under the assumed name of "Mr & Mrs Morgan", and were two of only twelve occupants of lifeboat No.1 (another one of whom was Lady Duff Gordon's secretary, Miss Francatelli).
